May week 4 - Full of the knowledge of the Lord

We visited the cemetery Memorial weekend

My Grandmother Janis's paternal grandparents are buried here in Ogden.
It was awesome to see the grave - with fresh flowers on it from someone else!

This monument is inspiring - I love the quote on it.

We spent a few days securing this chicken cage

and a tunnel to connect it to the hen house

I love this precious picture -
thanks to whoever took it

Ready to ride

Don't worry it is almost over

Oh yeah, this was worth the dark and the fire in my face...

We have been focusing on the Bible this week and reading Eight Cousins, by Louisa May Alcott.  On my birthday, Greg and I went up to El Torro in Brigham City and the D. I. and bought books.  We read with the kids that evening to celebrate with them, too.

"For the Earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea" -Isaiah 11:9
"Come ye children of the Lord, let us sing with one accord.  Let us raise a joyful strain to our Lord who soon will reign on this Earth when it shall be cleansed from all iniquity, when all men from sin will cease and we'll live in love and peace" -Hymn #58
